Restrictive Covenants

Please read the CC&R's and Restrictive Covenants to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of owning an affordable unit. 

Reservation Agreement

Fill out and submit a reservation agreement with a $2500 deposit to hold your unit. Please make checks out to Real Advantage Title. 


Under Contract

Checks will be cashed and held in escrow until reservations go under contract this winter. The deposit will become non-refundable at that time. **Construction completion estimated January 1st 2020** Contingent on construction schedule.

FAQs

Q: Can we get another parking spot?

A: Only one designated underground parking spot comes with each unit. There are no additional spots available.


Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, within reason determined by the HOA.


Q. What size are the storage units? 

A. 3 feet by 5 feet


Q. What color flooring will be each unit?

A. The Yarrow (color grey) will be in units: 101, 102, 202, 203, 302, 304, 402, 404, 501, 502

Sprout (brown color) will be units: 201, 301, 303, 401, 403


Q. Is there carpet in the units?

A. No carpet, luxury vinyl flooring and tile in the showers.


Q. What utilities are included in the HOA fees?

A. Water and sewer are included in the HOA fees.  Power, Gas and Internet will not be.


Q. Are washer and dryers provided?

A. No, the owner will need to buy their own washer and dryer.   The hookups are for      electrical dryers (no gas). Stackable full size unit (max 27" wide) will work.
